Forgot that today is tuesday: Henry and I go to a BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) Education/Family and Friend Support group. While its informative and interesting, and admittedly one of the therapists there is quite attractive, I kinda dread going. Sometimes looks like I'm looking into a mirrior when they're talking about all the issues and problems that BPD people go tthrough, suffer from.
I should really contact ACCESS about a psych evaluation but honestly, Im afraid to.
